The location was hard to find, really depressing, creepy and bleak in the back of a deserted garage, and the employee barely spoke a word during our exchange
Jean-Raphaël P.It's winter so these trucks suck if you get on even the smallest patch of ice. Removing this aspect, the pickup and drop off might be bade easier with a U-Haul app (I'm not sure if this exists, havnt looked) but I used the site and that was okay once I figured it out from their tutorials on self checkout and return. Truck was great and met some cool guys who were also moving at the lot.
