They keys were not in the drop box when I arrived to pick them up. Took 2 hours to get keys for my rental

I went in 2 weeks early to reserve the 5x9 trailer and on my way to get it on pick up day, I received a call that all they had was a 4x8 trailer. She told me I could get the 5x9 the next day, but I needed it that day. That was why I reserved it 2 weeks early, so it would be there!!!!!
Steve HI had to drive for an hour to pick up the cargo trailer. Should have more of these trailers locally.
kerry dMake sure your equipment is 100% operational. I rented a 5x8 and blew my trailer fuses in my truck causing me to have no trailer lights due to a short in the wiring of the trailer. The inside of the trailer had busted guide rails and couldn't tie my DJ equipment down. Burned out lights, bent up roll up door, appearance was not the best. I rent from U-Haul everytime I have a gig cause yall make it easier on me. Not once have I had a bad experience until this one.
Michael MEverything was handled quickly and efficiently. The store associate hooked up the trailer for me (to insure it was done correctly). Easy to access, easy egress. All in all a very good experience
