It was so easy to deal with both facilities we used for pick up and drop off. Very friendly and helpful service!! Highly recommend!!
JASON CThe tires were not maintained causing a blown out tire. While UHAUL roadside was wonderful once I was able to get in contact with them, the location did not ANSWER THEIR PHONE even after I called them 5 times do to the UHAUL app not working properly, on top of this their voicemail box was full, after the third call I was being sent straight to "voicemail" where i couldn't leave a message to have someone call me back (calls were made on a Saturday during operatong hours). While I was able to get assistance the lack of communication from the location was frustrating.
JANET Wthe gentleman who checked me and out was so very friendly and helpful. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was in order and accurate.
