JOHN RI’ve used this U-Haul location before with no problems — the truck was clean and ready, and the location itself is convenient. However, this time around, I had a frustrating experience with the mobile app check-in process. The app gave me trouble during check-in, and I ended up needing to call customer service — not once, but twice — and spent about an hour on hold total between the two calls. This significantly delayed getting the code to access the truck, which threw off my schedule. The location and equipment were fine, but the poor app experience and the lack of timely support made for a stressful start to my move. Hope U-Haul improves the mobile check-in process and support wait times soon.

ROBERT GJust a detail with the rear door, sometimes it gets stuck, but that's it. The rest is excellent, easy, communication, and recommended, considering it's my first time using U-Haul, very good.
