The U Haul Lady was very helpful friendly and thorough. I greatly appreciated her excellent customer service. Only suggestion for improvement is the long wait time on the 800 number. Once I got through the staff was great but you need more of them.

Exceptional service. I've had issues with U-Haul before picking up from convenience stations dealing with people who don't speak English and lost an hour of my allotted time waiting for them to hand over the keys. Absolutely no qualms today.

My son dropped off truck after hours. I called the next day to check out. The manager had already been working on checking out, but noted that moving pads were missing. I told her what had occurred when the truck was picked up and she apologized for U-Haul and said she would get the truck checked in for me. She called me a little while later and told me she had put in a refund request for the moving blankets and promptly emailed my receipt. I recommend this location, very clean and pleasant to work with.
