Truck was filthy, windows needed to be washed before I start my trip . I should be reimbursed an hours time to clean truck up . Truck was perfect for my needs and drove excellent.

very strange location, walked past the door twice before trying it. Once the door was open you couldn't go in because of a dog gate. the person who helped me did not feel welcoming and didn't seem understanding or willing to help allow for a latter drop off time then noon, even though it was discussed during the making reservation through hot line.

BRUCE RTerrible! I reserved a 15ft truck in Belmont and requested a in person pick up. Instead I get a a place 35 minutes away instead of 5 minutes. When I pick up truck the place is closed and its a mobile pick up where I have to call to find out how to get the truck! Finally in the truck and rhey leave me on E 22 miles left. I return the truck when done with more gas than when I got. Rhey the proceed to charge me for gas. Had to fight and show proof. Scum company
Jason WI am in the process of disputing a charge. I returned my equipment the same day and got charged for an additional day. I have pictures of the drop off and they have cameras. This ruined my experience… never again will I use this location
