Everything was great. The radio, the AC, the lights, the windshield wipers all worked great during the move where the weather changed from extremely hot to humid to a downpour of rain. The back of the truck had a light inside so when we had to finish unloading at night, it helped us see. The drop off and the UHUAL app was extremely convenient. I also would like to say that the UHAUL rep that called, Lashanya, was extremely helpful in locating a second option truck for us to make sure we got this done today due to our time limit.
EMILEE AThe guy checking us in was nice. It wasn't his fault that the truck was dropped off the night before the day we picked up. He swept the back out but when we went to clean it up after use, we found a bottle of pee behind seat. Not sure what the guy did when checking us in but it effected our drop off. We attempted to drop off after hours but the reservation couldn't be found.
TONY BI did not see an area that needs improvement. Everything was efficient and went smoothly. There were no issues at all. I was pleased with the service.
TAMMY DCheck in was easy, the vehicle was ready, and the return was just as effortless.
