I had issues with the mobile app and the lady where this uhaul is at didn't know anything about how to help me. I have rented a uhaul 3 times before but this time they wouldn't approve my ID and I had to get another driver. It was sooo stressful. I won't use this location again..period.

Had to leave behind priceless items because U-Haul couldn’t provide the two dollys I requested. It was a Sunday morning and no other U-Haul’s were open to assist in providing the dolly’s. Frustrated.
