Better customer service. My bank card was charged without me knowing, putting my account in negative status and they were incapable of refunded the full amount. Will not be using a card to reserve any more.

The salemen? were very helpful and friendly. We had no problem with the personnel or the equipment. For such a long distance we really appreciated that the equipment was in such good condition. This was the second time this year I used u-haul to move both were excellent.

Poor customer service on a busy Sunday AM. The young man who waited on us never acknowledged the customers standing in a long line or did anything to try and move things along and he never apologized for the delays. He literally couldn't have moved any slower! He seemed completely unaware of what was was going on around him and was not very knowledgeable regarding the rental process. He did not exude confidence or show any interest or concern that transactions with his clients took over 20 minutes while the other employee was able to provide the same services quickly and efficiently with a courteous smile and a "thank you for waiting!" A little goes a long way at the start of a long day.

I had a horrible experience when I went to pick up the Uhaul truck. The sales associate seemed to not be aware of anything that was happening around him. There was an issue with the first truck that was brought to me, the truck had the incorrect mileage recorded on the contract. This error took well over ten minutes to correct but while the sales associate was attempting to fix this problem his cell phone rang and he answered a personal phone call right in front of me and when I told him I had a time constraint he still continued to take the personal call. This ranks among one of my worst experiences with a company.

The location was fine and did a great job. The experience of making a reservation, having changes made to my reservation, then me trying to fix those changes were daunting, not fun. I ended up having to go to a different location and getting a different size truck than what was originally reserved well ahead of time.

Make sure to return equipment before 5pm. They close exactly at 5pm. I was a few minutes late and they would not process my payment. They said to lock the truck and put the key in the slot. The next day I received the final receipt and thankfully there was no late fee.

I had a reservation for 1pm on March 19th, 2016. When I arrived there 2 sales associates and the GM inside the customer area. I associate was dealing with a customer while the other was just standing there and the GM was finishing get the customer ahead of me their rental ready. The GM stepped outside the bring their rental around for inspection. One of the sales associates step outside after the second associate was done with the customer ahead of me I waited patiently while he just stood there. Finally he put on his jacket and headed to the door. I finally asked him before he exited if he could take care of my reservation. He then stated his shift was over and I would have to wait. After I waited another 15 minutes the GM returned. I stated what happen and he just ignored it. Finally he took care of my reservation and handed me the keys and said I was good to go. Now here is the problem. My contracted stated the truck had a full tank....it did not. It was about 3 ½ gallons short, also a headlight was out. When I stated these issues I was met with the response that they wouldn't reimburse me for the gas shortage, even the the truck States it gets 12.5 mpg and I only traveled 11 miles and that if I hadn't returned the truck full I would have been charged $3.25 per gallon which is $1.45 higher a gallon then the current gas prices in the area. Either way the customer service was horrible, and I ended up spending more then I should and to top it off it has been 2 days and I still have yet to receive my refund of $40.15. So needless to say I will be contacting cooperate to get some sort of rectification for this unprofessional experience
