Never received a phone call that I wasn’t going to have the blankets and appliance cart I reserved with the truck. Was very disappointed and had to rent a cart somewhere else.

They made me feel like an inconvenience. I had a 4 day rental. I returned it in two and still received 2 text messages threatening legal action if I did not return the trailer. I had to call customer service to confirm the return and finally received an email confirming the rental was complete. It was a terrible experience!

Dennis KI dropped off the truck, but the rural location made it very difficult to register the drop off online.
