I had to walk all the way to the very back corner of the location to find the truck just to have to walk all the way back to the front for the keys. None of the equipment I ordered was in the rental. When I called two hours after picking it up because the location wasn’t open, the woman on the phone told me she didn’t have the equipment and I could try other locations. That would have been nice to know beforehand so I could have just rented from the other location since I had to drive all the way over there anyway. Very faulty system making the customer wait hours to speak to someone and then sending them somewhere else.

The equipment I rented was not available. How does a U-Haul location not have utility dollies. This was a one way rental. We had to empty a 10x15 storage unit by hand. No gas in the truck. Again one way rental over 350 miles. STILL HAVEN’T RECEIVED MY DEPOSIT BACK! They changed the truck pick up location last minute. They were supposed to change my drop off location and they never did. Horrible customer service when you call.
CHRISTOPHER PThe lady was rude when I was just trying to pick up my trailer. The location was not the one I initially selected so it was further than I anticipated and in an area that I was unfamiliar with. However, the man who helped hitch my trailer was very helpful.
