The return location was supposed to be open for business at the time of return, but it was closed and no one was around. I dropped off the trailer and took photos of the trailer in front of the business location to prove it was returned.

The sign on the building gave information to sign into the Wi-Fi, however it connected with no internet. And there is very poor cell service at this location, so it was a real struggle to pick up and return the truck. Very frustrating and annoying. It took almost an hour to get everything through the website when we picked up the truck and 40 minutes when we returned it.
Kathleen DNot enough service to do self pickup. Were not winter weather tires and was sketchy during the storm we left in. The guy that was there, said “U-Haul will call me if they need my help”, not very professional.
Jennifer FPlace is a dump. Not a good representation of uhaul. Pushing political signs too.
