I have been a U-Haul user for many years now for multiple moves and I am extremely disappointed booking on the app. We were excited to find out that we could pick up our truck locally and it would only be a 2 km drive since you guys charge for kilometers But then we’re called and was told that we had to drive almost 15 km just to pick up the vehicle and overall the train the drive back-and-forth cost us almost $30 because you guys couldn’t have a location that was available on a Friday with a drop off on Sunday. I understand a lot of companies are closed on Sunday however we drop the truck off and it was still a mobile drop off. We didn’t have to see anybody so it made no sense why we couldn’t do this at our local place next time. I’ll probably be using a different truck company please work on your website and don’t get people excited that they are booking is correct for U-Haul customer service to call the next day and tell them that it’s not correct and that they have to change it. This is bad customer service.
