Truck was somewhat clean-but the windshields were filthy, difficult to see out clearly, particularly driving into the sun. The person handling the transaction she was very nice & patient.
STACY BCharging me $ 49 for 46 mile . 8 gallons gas 46/8=5.75 mile per gallon . Does it make sense ?
HARISH PWhen did U-Haul start making a customer do all the work? Why should the customer have to go through the process of taking pictures, gathering a gas mileage, recording the fuel measurement on return. U-Haul representatives should process the information when a customer picks up and returns a vehicle. Way too much work on a customers behalf. I will not use U-Haul again.
