The man at the front desk was very helpful.
ROBERT DI have a bad experience when trying to return the trailer after hours. I was given a code but when we got to the gate, our code wasn’t working. We proceeded to call the number and had to talk to 2 people before we got another code to get in. We were sitting there for 15-20 minutes before we could enter.
Katherine MThe u-haul app couldn’t register my location on the return. I tried twice. I couldn’t upload pictures of the trailer, but got a message on the screen noting “thank you.” It was confusing whether my return was complete.
