The u-haul app couldn’t register my location on the return. I tried twice. I couldn’t upload pictures of the trailer, but got a message on the screen noting “thank you.” It was confusing whether my return was complete.

William TThe lady working at this location is always very friendly and helpful. The auto texts could include a clear link to check the rental back in if dropping off after hours. I did ok downloading the app and got to the check in ok but on a bad day could have been hard to find/figure out. Website was very slow today when reserving the vehicle.
Doug MGive more room to get the truck out, the space that was given to get out was very tight.
