Online allowed me to book a truck for a time that the location was not open, however they didn’t have mobile check in, thus I spent 45 minutes waiting to get the keys and delaying my rental. Not the locations fault - but perhaps something that should be considered in the mobile rental process. In addition the equipment and materials I asked for were not included in the van at the time of pickup which was irksome but not a roadblock. The location was able to provide me with a different dolly, but again - would be good to have better quality control in the ordering process.

New location. No one knew what was happening. The lady in the location and on the phone weren´t sure what I had to do. TERRIBLE OVERALL EXPERIENCE WITH UHAUL! I WILL FIND A DIFFERENT OPTION NEXT TIME I HAVE TO MOVE
