The location where I picked it up was ok, but it was 44 miles from where I reserved it on your app. The app told me that I would pick it up in Livermore CA. Three emails from U-Haul confirmed that location. But the day before I was to pick it up, I got a text telling me to pick it up in Oakley CA. I went by the Livermore office and he tried to fix it but couldn't. Your app has done this kind of thing to me before. YOUR APP SUCKS!!!!! Your counter people are great, but you should fire your software people and their management.
