CARMEN SWaited over an hour after my reservation time for the couple running this business to even be on site. He didn't give me my license back but gave me keys (I had to ask for my license back) WORST of all it looks like I've been CHARGED TWICE
Nicholas MUhaul could not charge a customer a total of $389.xx for a total of a 6 hour rental...my total at the end was $83.18 ...and my cc was charged a total of $389.xx... no issues...only drove 24 miles...and I was charged 2x at $83.18 and 2x for $111.79. Ridiculous! Will never use uhaul again. Hiw inconvenient when in the middle of a move I have to worry about extra unknown funds being charged to my account.
