even though I schedule a truck several weeks in advance, I was contacted a couple days before and then again the day before and the agent kept changing the pick up location because of the availability of the size truck I wanted. We eventually settled on Falcon Ground Transport. When I got to Falcon Transport there is no cell coverage so I couldn't use the app to check out my truck. I finally discovered that Falcon had a note on the door with their WiFi network and a password, which turned out to be a non-valid password. I had to go around from one sketch business in the remote area to another to ask if I could sign on to their WiFi. The third business I went to let me and I was finally able to access the app and complete the pick up procedure. This was over an hour after I had arrived to pick up the truck. There were also several calls to U-haul with questionable cell signal and lots of signal break up.

Signage good but address in Google maps puts you past turn in.
JOSHUA CWas missing all of the equipment that I ordered, lots of Uhaul trucks spread across a large complex of buildings and parking lots, truck was angled in a way that I couldn’t see traffic pulling onto the road
Tyler PThe wifi password was incorrect at the location and it was essentially a dead zone for cell phones. Took 15 plus minutes to get enough service to open the app and get the code for the lock on the truck. Went through the same hardship while returning it and could not get service. There was a key Dropbox by the door with instructions to drop off the key and they would process it. Apparently no one did that and I started receiving calls a few days later asking where the truck was and if I returned it. Had to talk to several people to confirm that I dropped it off. Pricing is shady and manipulative as well. What was supposed to be maybe $60 ended up over $200. Please update the wifi password or have folks check the key Dropboxes daily. Odd experience and I hope I never have to use your services again.
MEGAN BI had to return my unit via the app as I couldn't locate anyone where I was told this location was. The key return was located near a building that had a different address than what I was given (6221 vs 6303 I was given). I will not deliver a unit to an unfamiliar location again if this is how it goes...
