Service was great! Although this is not a great drop location, drove by it 3 times. One small sign in a closed business window. Abandoned vehicles and just sketchy.

This rental started out rather poorly. Once Kelly got involved things went very well. Kelly made sure everything I had reserved was ready when I arrived. Thanks to Kelly’s outstanding customer service, I will be repeating another rental with UHaul. Thank you!
bill mTo be fair, this was an alternate site due to my original U-Haul drop off location being completely full (and it was as I drove by afterward). This location has a very small parking lot (2-3 trucks max) and not one person was on-site. There was a phone number in the window that I called and the gentleman who answered was very polite but basically just told me to drop the keys in the lockbox. I guess it works okay as a holding area for U-Haul. Renton U-Haul office team kept me apprised and they were terrific.
ESTELA PThe location looks abandoned and run down. The trucks were not parked in parking spaces, but on the grass in the front corner of the lot. The trucks looked alright. My rental was fine.
