Location was very disorganized, did not honor my online discount, added an additional day as well as no dropp off location, and didnt leave the gas tank at 7/8 so I ended up paying a fee since I left it where I had picked it up. Im still waiting for a representative to reach out to me in regards to the investigation, and my money back since I was charged almost double my quote.

Sandra HI was asked to return the Uhaul to 3 different locations. The person I spoke to was rude. We in the dark after a long day of loading and unloading had to drive around in circles wasting more gas and time to try to return the Uhaul. It was awful!
CHRISTINA ZUpon arrival I notice a hose hanging out of the rear of the 20' vehicle sitting in front of the 15' truck I had reserved. I have pictures... Once the Uhaul shop people arrived the confirmed someone damaged the gas tank on the 20' truck. I left with the 15'. At my first stop to add gas the gas pump kept stopping every 10 seconds. I thought it was a pump problem. Gas station number 2. same issue. 20 min to pump 10 gallons. next gas station same issue trying to top off the return gas. Once I arrived I was charged $150 for additional miles. I picked up the truck at Ontario. Traveled to Barstow, Ca to pick up my property to transport it to Carlsbad. When I made the reservations on-line I don't recall it asking if I was going to travel to any other location. The drop off location smelled gas when I reported the fueling issue and waived the 1/8 tank difference. I feel I was unfairly charged for the additional mileage
