Rented a truck, dolly and car trailer. None of which was where I was suppose to pick up. Pick up location was changed by uhaul the day before and ended up at 3 different locations miles away from my.house adding miles, gas and time to my move which out me a day behind. Wasn't the particular locations fault but uhaul itself. Was charged more to rent the car trailer than my reservation showed but with no other means of obtaining a trailer I had to pay it.

They are a small Marathon Gas Station. Thats the way they should keep it. Nice people but no real idea what they are doing.
Joshua GClerk was not knowledgeable about how to process the rental at all or add an authorized driver. We had to unhook a trailer that we did not rent from the truck ourselves. Reserved blankets were not available. I had to go to a different site about 3 miles away to pick them up. That gentleman was very knowledgeable and helpful as well as having a large inventory of equipment ready to go.
