Your self serve system was not working well. It wouldn’t load pictures, wouldn’t update. Took 45 minutes just to get the uhaul. Why do you wait until the busiest most stressful moment to ask for all this verification? Once I got the uhaul the lock on the back wouldn’t open. No one had the right combo. It took another 45 minutes to before we could get in the back of the husk to load. This took another hour and a half of my time when I was at my most pressed and stressed.
