The staff member was professional. She came out and re”X”ed some dings on the truck with a sticker to show some scratches we’re not from my renting of the 20 ft truck. I rented it for 24 hours but returned within 8 hours after my in town move. There is a key drop box which we used. Ty for this experience

I opted for mobile check in but still had to go inside and grab the key. There were three U-hauls parkkd out front, none of which were my rental. I not only had to get the key from inside the office but then I had to go into the actual storage area to get the vehicle. When I finally got inside it only had 1/4 tanks of gas and was dusty, dirty, and the seats were greast. The check in process on the app was the best part of my experience.
