The phone was disconnected. The door was locked when we got there we had to walk around to find someone who worked there. It took another 30 minutes to drive away even though we did a pre check in.

Nasty, disgusting, ghetto location. Took 15 minutes just for someone to come to the counter. The location was a little sliver of space next to a locksmith, no u haul signs. Nothing indicating where to go. Terrible terrible.
