Stay far away from Uhaul. ANY LOCATION! They changed my reservations 3x times within the last 2 days before our move. We made reservations WEEKS in advance. Had to leave all of our furniture behind and no one we spoke with seemed to care. Took over $5,000 to replace. We were told you can reservation whatever you want but it's really 1st come, 1st serve. Saw someone leaving the location later that afternoon in the truck size we ordered. Awful company without empathy. Never again.

It was a great experience and I enjoyed working with the agent that waited on me both days.
MERYLE TAttendant was not helpful in providing information on a drop off location. I end up having to drop off the empty U-Haul truck to another location. Awful experience!

DANIEL AEmployee on site was rude when we arrived several minutes early to wait for location to open. After I stood up to him, he became more tolerable. It's amazing how customer service is no longer very important.
