I declined SafeMove/insurance coverage when submitted my order. I have screenshots of my order. Yet I was charged the $15 for SafeMove. Waiting for a refund.

Donika LDouble check the vehicle before you rent it out again. We found a partially drunk water bottle and a pair of Ray-Ban sunglasses prescription no less in the truck. We left the prescription glasses when we turn the truck in. Also, it would be nice if the staff would walk around the vehicle with you, and ensure that current damage is already noted. Also,, it is bad that I had to go to another location to get the blankets and dolly that I had ordered. However, that individual was extremely helpful.
Steven LThe drop off location is a gas station & quickly mart, so with that there was only one attendant working. He was a little busy. But, overall not a bad experience.
