Unfriendly and unhelpful lady at duty

Grady R.Nobody available to receive truck from. Clerk in store was not able to check me in and said I had to do it online. Online check-in would not work. This was during normal business hours.
June L.You people make the reservation at a store that had no trucks at all, drove to the main store on mobile hwy. In Pensacola, just to find out that the whole reservation was changed to a store that was at least 30 minutes to get to. After,bringing the truck back I found I was charged for a dolly that I didn't ask for and was charged for it because I removed it cause it was in the way...by the way I've been a mover shipper for well over 19 plus years...I have 2 dolly s a upright and a refer...so no I didn't need yours again,but love the way I was charged for it anyway...word to the wise ...if someone doesn't need something...how about not charging them for it. Thanks!!
