JOSEPH UWe scheduled a pickup for a truck for 5:30AM. We ordered 3 appliance dollies, but the truck didn't have any of them inside when we picked it up. The lock on the truck was broken and took about 10 minutes to get undone. When we came back at around opening to order the dollies, they didn't have any (which is fine, it happens), so we had to go and rent some from home depot instead. All around not so awful we couldn't get our move done, but still a lot of hindrances for what's supposed to be mostly a self-service situation.
