The customer service was great! The truck had no tail lights we had to drive with the flashers going until it was daylight. The windshield wipers worked but didn’t take anything off the windshield just smeared it around. The truck was all over the road not sure if it needed an alignment?? And the tires were bald We went through some snow and the truck just slid around I did not feel safe driving it at all The back of the truck was full of leaves and grass we had to clean it before we used it. The interior of the cab was very clean

Whatever you do... Pickup your equipment in Lisbon or WRJ, or ANYWHERE ELSE... DO NOT do business with these people. Horrible, horrible experience. It's a dump (literally!), the woman who runs the operation (using that term loosely) is not ever present, noone at the facility to check anyone in or out, no cell reception, completely arrogant and short tempered when she did finally show up. She doesn't return calls, communication is poor. I felt very unsafe during the whole process and nearly cancelled the reservation a couple of times (because the online rental process / app is insane.). Really, they are painting a dark sky for UHAUL.

Stahley SThe return location was supposed to be open for business at the time of return, but it was closed and no one was around. I dropped off the trailer and took photos of the trailer in front of the business location to prove it was returned.
