The gentleman here are outstanding. Always quick and courteous. My hick up was not checking the vehicle before departure. There was damage to a rear light, I did not cause this but it may have happened while I was parked at my destination. They walked me through the process and explained each step. Lesson learned: check your vehicle before you leave the lot! I always rent from this location and will continue to do so.

Michelle OThe Washworks Laundry House located at 900 Sleepy Hollow Rd, Pittsburgh, PA 15234 is an excellent location. The folks there represent U-Haul well. I've rented at this location several times and it's always been a pleasant experience.
