Got there and they did not have the trailer size I ordered and was told I could use the next size 5/8 no extra charge. I told them i did not need the insurance and they added it to my ticket anyway and i had to call Uhaul this morning to request a refund. Then the drive lights on the trailer did not work all turn signals and 4ways worked but no drive lights.

BILLY WThere was a lot of things to go through to rent. Be good if it was a little simpler.
DAVID BI returned the truck the evening it was rented. The website wouldn't let me upload the odometer reading or the gas meter. The location couldn't get the information transmitted. I was charged for two days and stressed over the issue.
