I had an 8:00am pick up time. The owner of the service station did not show up until 9:00am. I had workers standing around with nothing to do. It was a costly trip.

The owner is a great guy and was very considerate of our needs. We have rented from them 2 times now and wouldn't hesitate to go back again- when need be.

Agents explication and knowledge of contract and pricing was confused and questionable. Feel that I was duped on the fees and pricing! Would definitely not recommend this location!

We arrived a few minutes before our 8:00 AM reservation. The man there said, "Who told you it was at 8:00, we don't rent trucks until 8:30." I told him I made a 8:00 reservation on the U-haul website and we received a confirmation email the day before that said 8:00. He just laughed and walked away. If he had said he was sorry, he didn't know how to process a rental and that they would have their hours corrected on the U-haul site I would have given him three stars, but laughing and walking away gets them one star (would have been zero if I had that option). Another guy showed up at 8:45 and then we processed the rental.

The guy who took the truck was not at all communicative, not customer-friendly. He was pretty busy at the time, though, so maybe we chalk it up to being overwhelmed.

People here are very pleasant and helpful but this is an older gas station and looking its age! It's also not clear that it is a U-Haul facility-the signage is minimal.

I had a U-Haul agent that didn't have any more trailers book a trailer for me on Wednesday. I had stated that I would pick it up at 2:30 in Pocasset (Cape Cod) and return it to the U-Haul facility in Burlington, or the vicinity. When I picked up the trailer, i noticed that it was an "in-town" rental. I said to the gentleman that was checking me in that it was wrong. He said he was having difficulties with his computer. I said "no problem - I will call U Haul and amend the agreement to what I originally requested. Then, the next day (Thurs., 3/30th), I called U-Haul. The customer service rep in aggregate had me on the phone for 54 minutes!! I kid you not. She was interacting with someone who I assume was her supervisor. She came back to me and said that she was able to "change my reservation", despite my insistence that it was U-HAUL that changed it!! She then said that she added the charge to my rental. I noted that this took almost ONE HOUR! She said that she would ask her supervisor if he could reduce the rate. He extended my rental until Friday at 2:30. I accepted that, although I really didn't need the extra time. THEN, i looked at the "revised contract" the was emailed to me. It STILL showed NO one-way location to which I was to return it. I called U-Haul today, Friday, March 31st at noon, to see what was the location that i was to return the trailer to. AFTER almost one-half hour, (i kid you not), the customer service rep gave me the Citgo Location in Burlington. When I arrived, the woman at the counter said "Oh - we do not deal in trailers at this U-Haul location!!" I kid you not. I then called U-Haul customer service once again. I was put on hold for 12 minutes. The woman came back and said that she had to transfer me. By then I was upset. Really upset. I was an hour late for work. AND, then - she put on a gentleman/customer service agent who told me to calm down. He wouldn't give me the yet one more time new location of where I could return the trailer until i was silent for a minute or so. It was 7 miles from where I was!! I then returned it to the Wilmington location. I am a loyal and frequent U-Haul customer. I find this whole experience appalling. What would you like to do about it

There was no one at the drop off location so I left the keys in the drop box and left the vehicle behind the station. I did not know where to look for my extra key that I left for the service attendant since I was leaving my car there to drive home in.
