Parking lot is very dark which makes it difficult to take pictures of your truck if picking up outside of business hours.

I didn’t realize the smell the vehicle had until I drove off, I would recommend having a detail done after someone uses it to help with the smell and any dirty mess. From the previous person who drove the U-Haul I had, the smell stuck very strong and left the furniture and items I was moving with a smell.
Jared Plady at drop off place was rude when we try to talk with her we returned your vehicle with same amount of oil that wa s there when we picked up ( as it showed mileage ), we were unnecessarly charged mor e money, and when w e try to explain, she was screaming
