I had zero time to waste. I selected mobile pick up but the mobile app required things I couldn't easily access so a circus ensued trying to get what I needed to get where I needed to go before they closed. The business was already closed so there was no help available. I called 4 different numbers without assistance. When I wasted an hour I didn't have to spare, the keys from the lockbox wouldn't release. So I was already madder than a wet hen and THIS made things worse. I did not make it where I needed to be but they were gracious enough to wait because they are kind humans. For them I'm grateful. This experience with Uhaul was infuriating.
