We had GREAT difficulty with the app for pickup. Great idea and innovative approach that could be fantastic. However, there was so much one had to do onsite awkwardly on a little phone that could have been done at home the day or week before at booking. You can take my license number, my emergency contacts info, a photo of my license etc etc at booking and at home. Greatly reduce the amount of screens, steps and info required at pickup. One can be 70 years of age and using a phone, in a freezing cold parking lot, in a rush, in poor visibility etc etc when onsite for pickup. You need to verify with a photo of driver then and a code to their phone etc onsite that is fine. But no reason at all for 20 screens and rudimentary info easily captured and stored at signup.Make something great so much better with continuous improvement please. Upon returning the truck it seems the company policy has changed. I am told there is not a refund for unused kilometres and days. This is very upsetting. I would like to be contacted be someone who may make this rightKirk T.
