girl at the counter had no idea of how to process uhaul. Took forever, she had to call the boss 3 times, didn't ask me to sign the contract and- most important- never told me she would not be around when I returned the trailer. Returned the trailer to a locked venue. When I called the 800 number, spoke with "Sidney" who said he was from the contact center/reservations. He could/would not help other than to say that I "was responsible" for the rental until it was checked in, even though there was no one to check me in. He later told me to take the equipment home and return it when they open. Finally after aabout 45 min. he told me to go home, open an onnline account and do the return process there. Once finally home, I created an account and learned that I had to go BACK to the Uhaul office to take pictures of the equipment. A 2 hr. project took me all day and lots of frustration.

you let me reserve moving blankets and then they had none. I had to make another stop to buy some which cost me $40. I was very unhappy.

I received a notification for an alternative pick up, but did not receive for the alternative drop off. I had dropped the truck at Agway in Mount Sinai and was just about to drop the keys in the box when I logged in to the UHaul account and saw this location as drop off....would be helpful to have a notification as to the change in drop off before I got to the location

The personnel at the location were extremely friendly and courteous and a pleasure to deal with. Unfortunately, the truck was the only one they had available and was an older truck, set to be sold as I understand it. I drove it home and the next morning went to start my move and I couldn't get it to start. I tried numerous times to start it, but it seemed the battery was dead. I contacted the location and they came to pick it up from my driveway. They called me and told me it started right up for them. I have no idea why but sometimes cars with electrical problems are unpredictable like that. I had to go rent another truck from the Coram location in order to keep my move schedule and rendezvous with hired movers. This truck was of no use to me but I still received a bill for $52.22 which I should not have gotten as the truck was defective. I want a refund of those monies paid.

App was seamless and great. But people at pickup location were clueless about how it worked. Didn't understand how I already checked in, rechecked the truck after i snapped photos in app and didn't understand how I self checked out. They were annoying to deal with

Inefficient process. I needed to go to local rental site THEEE different times to be sure I had a truck reserved. Prior to my pick up, Inreceived an email to pick up the truck I reserved at an ENTIRELY different location. I went to original location to inquire, and attendant was “mystified” about no longer having my reservation and why ithe reservation was relocated. On the day of the rental, I picked up my truck at original location, began my move, half way through the move, I received a call from “new location” asking if I was going to pick up my truck???? Confusing way to run a business.

I rented it out for 3 hours and had put less than 60 miles in it. They charged me for 17 gallons, 30$ fill up fee and also charged me for 163 miles

The truck I reserved was ready and waiting, but the pads were not. Given that I reserved everything weeks in advance, this should not have been an issue. Was told to go to another UHaul location 15 minutes away that might have pads. At that location, was told that 4 corners had recently sent two other renters with the same issue and the second location was also now out of pads. In an effort to protect my furniture during the move, I drove an unexpected 40 minutes out of my way and ended up with no pads because 4 Corners couldn't be bothered to have some in stock. Will never use 4 Corners again.
