Better understanding of the bill
Lawrence JI will never rent again U-Haul I only rented for one day got charged for 2 days. Mileage charge was way outta line. What I had to go through in returning on line. How about having the dealer who represents U-Haul check condition of vehicle before releasing to customer just like what they do when renting a car! I will never suggest renting from U-Haul to any of my friends. Complete rip-off!!
Susan BThere is absolutely no check in option at any sort of counter. We called the location and he was nice but the only option to pickup anything is contactless. The person on the phone we spoke to just told us to get the app which I had gotten… but I had to basically do the whole thing over again because I chose the option to actually go and get the key from a person. I wish they’d get rid of that option because it’s not an option ant the location. We ended up staying there for 10-15 mins trying to figure out the contactless option. Everything went well afterwards and the contactless option was easy once I changed it. I just feel like if the option I chose were not there we would’ve saved some time and headache
