Lou was great to work with - very kind and friendly.
in need of better services I was charged for a fill up when my 26 truck was only rented for a one way and I filled back to previous gas meter suggested I’m still waiting on a refund
The woman working there instructed me where to park the trailer. I did with no help.
Quit with hidden fees
Lady who helped me provided excellent food service!
Very nice people
The only issue was not having the utility dollies I reserved.. The Lady employee was super nice and informative.
Other locations I booked hadn't updated their availability so the regional rep had to assist in getting another truck provider.
EXCELLENT SERVICE...I FORGOT MY WALLET IN THE TRUCK AND THE ATTENDANT HELD IT UNTIL I WAS ABLE TO RETURN AND PICK IT UP. THANKS
There's a nice size wasp nest in the key drop box. It took me a while to put the key and contract in there. Clean that up and everything will be perfect.
Manager was not trained in hooking up a trailer.i watched the videos and read the instructions so I was fairly knowledgeable , but I needed another customer to demonstrate it in order for me to leave the lot confident.
Very nice lady. Helped off load the trailer.
Sort of bad to rely on a young girl to unhitch trailers by herself. Maybe she's trained though...
I just dropped of the trailer after hours.
Don't rent out a truck that has a check engine light on and that acted like the transmission was slipping.
Two times the wiper diversify broke. In a downpour at midnight in Dallas. Absolutely worst time. 2nd time at 7:00 am in dense fog in Wyoming. Both times were horrible
I paid $.30/mile more than the advertised price, you suck
Had to sweep out trash
last minute truck rental to move because of bad weather. Very helpful associate, very clean truck, and reasonable price.... we were very satisfied.
First of all the order was somehow entered as picking up a different piece of equipment than what was ordered. The U-haul center said they open at 8:30 wrong it was 9am. Took over a hour to get trailer situation fixed and thankfully they had one.U-haul gave a 20.00 voucher to use when the trailer was turned in and that place said they did not know what that was and instead of calling they did nothing.
Property Manager Latalya Thomas was great to work with and very helpful with my U-Haul rental.
Well first off, I picked my preferred pick up location as off of Burbank road at 2 o’clock. I never received the uhaul call telling me that my equipment would be ready. So on the day of the rental, June 2, I called my preferred location at 11 o’clock. They said that no pick up location had been confirmed for me and that they would sort it out (the one silver lining was the worker with whom I spoke to at the Burbank location). She called me back and said that the only 15’ uhaul available was 30 minutes away in Prairieville. Of course I was moving out of town, and needed it for that day, so I said fine I’ll take it. The kicker? The place closed at 12. So now I had to sprint to get over there. I arrived and there was a sign on the door saying that the staff had made a run to the bank. They closed at 12, and made a bank run at 11:30? They got back at 11:50 and I asked to get the lone uhaul out front and showed my verification text message from uhaul. But apparently that lone uhaul our front was not supposed to be for me. So I had to wait while she figured out how to get it in my name. When I returned the uhaul, I went 10 miles over the allotted 90 miles allowed, due to the fact that I had to go to Prairieville to pick it up. So I had to pay for that. I also had to return it at 11, when I wanted it from 2 Saturday to 2 Sunday. That is why I scheduled the pick up for 2 o’clock. Uhaul is a debacle.
This was an awful experience. We were told numerous places to pick up the truck. The communication was horrible. I was unable to pick up or drop off the truck at the locations I chose.
