Heidi G.I haven't driven a 26 foot u-haul prior to this experience, so I have limited knowledge of these trucks. So for a first time driver the truck was easy to drive . My only real complaint was that the whole vehicle felt as though every wheel needed to be balanced ( vehicle loaded or empty). The truck had a terrible shake to it all the time ( not sure it's normal especially when u- haul advertises smooth ride ). I felt the staff could have been more knowledgeable about some questions concerning the details of the rental agreement, without me having to read the whole thing. The staff were friendly and courteous enough. Overall experience the truck did what it was supposed to do so I'm happy. P.S. avoid parking on grass in wet conditions the tires on the vehicle have minimal grip for situations like that and you could very likely get stuck!
