Trailer was dirty and not broom swept. The back latch to the trailer door was difficult to operate as it was stuck most of the time. This was not our original pick up location. It was 20 minutes north of our original pick up point and it was not the size trailer we originally reserved. This resulted in leaving items behind because they would not fit. We lost money on those items because we did not have time to sell them.
