Unfriendly and ridiculous availability. Location is not open as advertised. Good luck trying to pick up or drop off without meeting owner on his time schedule. Trailer was not mechanically sound. One tire had half the recommended tire pressure, one of the two lights was malfunctioning.. no instructions given or run down of how to use/ operate. Not a great experience
