Of course the 10' truck I reserved wasn't available. So I get the bigger truck for the "same price". Except... more gas. But, more importantly, my SafeMove cost went up by $29. No warning of this until I am picking up the truck (forced to use the app, though the location was actually open despite UHaul saying not).
