james hIf I could rate this experience a zero, I would rate a zero! I was given one quote over the phone, and then told a higher amount upon arrival. The truck broke down shortly after I rented it. The Roadside assistance took almost 2 hours to arrive. He attempted to jump it off after I told them that I had already tried that. The truck had to sit for nearly 2 days before the proper assistance was given. When I called to update the store that I rented from, they attempted to charge me for additional time, so I had to stand firm on that. I missed a day's work because my moved got shifted. The entire rental should have been free after all I had to endure.
