Office is old and smells like cats. Not much communication from staff. I returned my rental back in two hours staff took the vehicle in and never told me what I was being charged or any receipts for transactions.

Air conditioning was spotty when in traffic. Would work when we got up to speed.
WILLIAM DThe drivers side door and passengers side door had to be slammed shut in order to close all the way or the door open indicator would go off and the uhaul container was very very loud. suspension was off . Uhaul made a storage sound when stepping on the breaks. when I rented the uhaul the guy said he knew that the uhaul sounded like it was about to break down but instead of giving me another one I was stuck with this one
