No one was there to assist in picking up the truck, the online process was a hassle, it took an hour just to pick the truck up. There were moving blankets just thrown in the back of the truck and when we got the truck it had a 1/4 tank of gas and when we returned it we filled it a little past 1/4 and they still charged us an extra $20 for fuel. Terrible experience at this location.
