The Contactless pickup via the app is a great idea in theory, but the app didn’t handle it well. It refused to save the photos of the equipment during the pickup process and when I refreshed the app it acted like I had completed the pickup. Overall a decent experience but the app needs work

SHANE FWe did not pick the truck up until 1:30pm. We paid for at 9:30 then left and went mattress shopping and came back at 1:30 . We didn’t touch the keys until 1:30 .
