Lady was very friendly up front, process was a breeze and the truck was the perfect size for my move. The last person who used the truck left glass on the floor of the truck and the dolly was just laying next to it, but I cleaned it up and put the dolly back in it's proper location when I brought back.

I am assuming the truck we rented was a quick turn around, because the windshield was dirty and the gas tank was not full. otherwise, all was great. Friendly staff, easy access and easy return (once I got the app installed).

TERESA PI am upset at being charged for 2 gallons of gas as I was extremely careful to have slightly more gas at dropoff than at pickup. They did not go into the truck to veryfy the amount of fuel, so it's their word against mine and I get charged. Bogus!
