I was not happy that the man that helped me hook up told me that my running lights would not work due to a fuse in my RV was blown. And after I took the car hauler I went to a dealer ship and had them check my fuses and it wasn’t my RV it was the trailer it self. I didn’t have time to take it back so I just never drove in the dark. The brake lights and turn signals did work just not the running lights and tail lights. I did tell the lady where I dropped it off about it.

Friendly, helpful, quick, trustworthy!

These vans really should have a backup camera.

Nothing. Mr. Rodgers is an excellent rep for your company. Very nice and helpful.

Not charge me for something that wasn’t my fault for starters, I have rented a uhaul at least 5 times over the past 8 years and never once had an issue until now. I was charged $86 for the gas being below what it was supposed to be on which would be fine if that were the case but I have always left them with more gas in the tank than was in it when I got it, and to top it all off I just had another charge on my card for $21.12 for who knows what. You lost a great customer and anybody that asks me for advice I’m telling them the truth.

Always ready to help multiple customers simultaneously, the staff at Rodgers go above and beyond to fulfill all moving needs. I've used these guys 5 or more times, and always get the same great service.

I agreed to rent the trailer and return it to the original U-Haul location. While I was in the city of my destination, I saw a U-Haul terminal, and thought I'd try to return it there. Shouldn't be a big deal, I thought. The clerk first asked me if I wanted him to tell me the cost. Some people might just say no thinking its 20-30 dollars. He said it would be $450 to return it there. Is this normal U-Haul pricing policy? Or was this place trying to rip me off. I think he was trying to rip me off. I cannot fathom how dropping a trailer off at a different location than first agreed, would cost $450. This terminal is in Gainesville, Fla. Maybe you would like to look into they're billing practices. I would bet that they're giving U-Haul a bad name. Hope you do this. Jim Dunlap

The truck was in good condition but the steering has a lot of play. This is probably due to tie rod ends being bad or bad steering box.

My experience was positive. They were courteous and extremely helpful. Thanks!

These guys were great, but I originally went to R&D towing in White Sulpher Springs, but found they are no longer UHaul? Need to remove them from database ASAP

Some type of bigger marker showing where the location is. My GPS took me across the street to the fairgrounds and I had to go all the way back around because it is a 1 way road. I was disappointed when I realized that the truck didn't have cruise control. Made for a very uncomfortable ride for 3 hours.

Expensive for 2days one way, Buy all went well so can't complain at all. Thank you

The communication between the u-haul pick up location and the main u-haul office (responsible for online reservations, changes, etc) is very poor and insufficient. The man at the pick-up location had no idea who was coming to pick up what truck and said he had no contact with the main u-haul office. He said whatever is in the computer is what he would look at. There should be competent and knowledgeable staff at u-haul pick up locations. It is not professional or convenient that when you sign up for one size truck, you end up getting an entirely different size. When I asked the man at the pick-up location if I could have a 15' truck since many were in the lot since that's the one I paid for he said those can't go one way. It make NO sense for someone who has made a reservation a month in advance to have their plans changed last minute. I had to call everyday the week before picking up because of all the horror stories I heard from my classmates about having to drive hours away and not getting the size truck they had made reservations for months in advance. It is very unprofessional, very inconvenient and inconsiderate of this company. This location is the only location closest to West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine and all my classmates complained and notified next years class of students NOT to book a u-haul when moving. There has to be better communication and a competent, knowledgeable staff and the correct size and amount of trucks available at every location. If this location were to be improved, every summer u-haul could make so much profit off of WVSOM students who have to move for rotations. It is very foolish for this company to have such incompetent and irresponsible people not know who is picking up or renting and what reservations have been made, Please add in a teaching course when a location becomes a u-haul carrier that the staff is REQUIRED to know what reservations are set for what day and what trucks are necessary those days. I, and the students in my class, have already notified other students to go to Budget and Penske instead of U-haul.

Nothing I can think of. It was a clear cut process and the pre checkin was a big time saver. I love the 20 dollar a day truck.

They couldn't have been nicer!
