The guys had no clue what they were talking about and were little to no help
Kanishalyn O.The back of our rental was filthy upon pickup. We were not provided the furniture pads we had rented, and since the back of the truck was frozen shut when we picked it up, we did not discover this until we reached our house and let the truck sit in the sun for a while to thaw. We then had to waste our allotted mileage driving to a hardware store to buy furniture blankets. At a dollar a mile in a rural area, this mistake on the part of K&S cost us quite a bit of money. Very disappointed.
