The return process was quite simple. I felt bad that there was only one attendant on site manning the convenience store and my return, but everything got taken care of in a reasonable amount of time. This was my first Uhaul experience and I was happy to find it all very easy and convenient.

Truck ran like shit
I was told that my total charge was 59.00 or so when I go to return the truck I'm charged 75.00!!!! I will NEVER! Use uhaul ever again! They lied to me and I feel this location is a scam!!!!!
Very professional and convient.
There was no clear instructions at the location and the only â€œemployeeâ€ was a gas station clerk that didn't care and seemed to be upset that I was only there for the drop off. This location could benefit from some upgrade to lot management.
The uhaul was dirty, had not been disinfected let alone cleaned during a nationwide pandemic and to make matters worse when I asked Ahmad working behind the counter if it had been cleaned he rudely told me that they are never ever cleaned which was heard by a uhaul customer service individual.
They should have a pick up truck for local moves
The guy dudnt even know how to take car off trailer. When he was done he told us to go ahead back down car but it turns out the chains were still attached. Never will do business with them again.
The truck I leased had transmission problems and made my trip harder than it had to. Shifting from gear to gear was very troublesome even though it was an automatic transmission.
Costumer service at this location is horrible.
The wait was long, the same man was tending to store needs and Uhaul reservations, and he couldn't answer many questions since we wasn't aware of all uhaul policies. He was nice, but I would have perfected to pick it up somewhere else. Also, he indicated that the gas was at 1/2 a tank but it was slightly less than that.

Regional office Ms Pamela, needs to be reprimanded, she's rude she hung up on me 2 times. And she's a bitch cause she thinks she can treat people any oh way. She sounds like she belongs in a cubical, she should not be allowed to talk to guest. She will cause you a lawsuit. I would like my phone calls with her sent to the GM, Regional Mgr. Everyone in training should hear her phones calls, so they know THIS IS NOT HOW YOU TREAT A CUSTOMER!!! I TALKED to over 10 agents and every single one of them were respectful n understanding, nice they know how to LISTEN TO THE CUSTOMER. Please don't forget to LISTEN to our calls and send me a copy of all my phone logs with every agent. Please don't forget (Ms. I don't care about my customers). Please send my call to the GM, Regional and all other managers. She needs to be suspended without pay. She's AWFUL I ask you please remove her from taking CUSTOMER calls. I will continue to file a complaint against her everyday until mgmt listens to her calls.
I don't think it should take 2 additional names to rent a truck.
There was no walk around to check or verify previous damage performed. A question after the equipment was returned about some graffiti that was there when the equipment was picked-up
I haven't got my 100 deposit back yet.
