While the address was correct, it was not obvious that this was a UHaul. I never signed up for the added coverage and declined it when reserving yet was still charged. Shame on you.

ROY JI wish I knew a little sooner (day before) that I could enter some info that would apply to the pick up process. I did something (early check in?) the day before thinking it would help or be applied to the pick up process, but it wasn't. Otherwise it was seamless and easy!
Lauren BLocation is convenient. It's a U-Haul so things aren't regularly cleaned and maintained. It's just checked for damage. I just think the service is lacking in making clear what fees will be.
