I wasn’t told about the 15 minute window for pick up. That would’ve been nice to know. The app and website wasn’t user friendly. I resorted to calling the 24/7 line where the lady who picked up was absolutely amazing and turned my whole experience around. She stayed on the phone with me until I was inside the U-Haul. She even helped me trouble shoot my iPhone location enabler. The area felt safe for me to navigate the process alone. I appreciate the self check in and pick up
kiera sWhen closing out my reservation, I wasted time playing around with the lights when locking up for the night. Maybe leave a note that the cargo bay and the exterior ambers will turn off automatically when the lamp switch is moved to OFF- all other instructions and tips are clear
