The check out/in is at the same counter, and by the same people as the gas station checkout. So, if there is a line of people buying drinks or gas, you have to wait. When I checked in, she wasn't able to go out and inspect the vehicle, but advised me to take pictures. It was fine, just kind of unprofessional. Like if something had damaged the vehicle after I dropped it off but before someone came out to inspect it, I know they would have come after me for the money. The truck was new and in good condition, the cab was fairly clean, but the inside of the box had not been swept out by previous renter - I had to do myself. The key was not in the lock box, but instead on the counter in the store - needless to say, this added stress to an already stressful day!! I did need to use the restroom at Elco Market, which I know Uhaul has no control over, but it was down-right filthy!!Paul M.

After returning the truck with a walk through, the rep failed to close my reservation which I found out the next day after a U-haul rep called me to reminded me of the possible late fees for not returning the truck. After numerous calls to the location, a rep advise that everything was taken care and that my reservation was close; however, once again the rep didn't apply the correct dates and caused extra charges to my credit card. After this, I was not able to reach them back and ended up contacting the 800 number to get assistance. After all, remind me why do I have to wait 3 days for someone to reach back to me and give me a refund for something done wrong from the beginning.Melina B.
My only complaint about the location is that it's a little confusing where you go to actually pick up the rental. There are no uhaul signs inside. Also, the gas station attendant is also the uhaul guy so it took a while to get the trailer checked out because he also had to ring out gas station customers.Jason B.

I was told I could only pay cash (100) deposit and when I returned it he would give me the money back. I returned it and received 60 back and the charges were not 40 so I expect UHaul to refund this difference this week. I waited forty minutes to secure this trailer as he had a lot of problems with UHaul.Jeffrey J.
Took 1 hour to get rental, although associate was very friendly he was working alone and uhaul systems were down. Very busy he had to keep taking store clients which made my wait one hour. Due to mileage a 3 hour rental turned into a $200 expense plus $40 gas bill -I was not happySaraellen B.

Nothing! Everything was great! Nice size truck, clean, and location was super close to where we were moving our stuff to! Also it was wonderful being able to setup everything online and only having to sign and verify license when we got to the store. Very convenient and the gentlemen that helped us was super friendly. its not the location its the uhaul system experience. We made an reservation through uhaul. it said we reserved a truck and trailer at one location, instead i get there and they send me to a location miles away to pick up a truck. so now im 25 dollars from having to take a uber. plus because of having to go back to the other uhaul to pick up a trailer, i went a mile over mileage when that uhaul was less than 4 miles away from the arriving destination. They had trouble checking us out. Then when I went to return the truck and trailer. The drop off location said the pick up location never put the trailer in the systems as it was with me. Not good. I could have kept the trailer and they would have never know where it was at. Until they sent cops out looking for a stolen trailer. Also when I got to the return location.
